Make the workspace yours

Your personal workspace settings change how Cygnetree feels for you. They never remove tools, rewrite shared records, change the organization's brand, or alter a teammate's settings.

Open your personal workspace settings

Choose My workspace from navigation. Every workspace member has a personal settings surface; organization administration remains separately permissioned under Settings.

Choose a starting posture

• Guided keeps friendly next steps visible.
• Studio puts creation and active work first.
• Control Room emphasizes signals and operating status.

Choose comfortable or compact information density independently. Neither choice changes what your workspace subscription or role allows.

Choose where Cygnetree opens

Select Today, Projects, Pipelines, Messages, or Scheduling. After sign-in, and when you select the organization's brand in the sidebar, Cygnetree opens the selected page.

If a role or capability change makes that page unavailable, Cygnetree falls back to a page you can use. A saved preference never bypasses workspace permissions.

Choose date, time, and timezone display

Pick a friendly, day-first, or ISO date. Choose a 12-hour or 24-hour clock. Device time follows the phone or computer you are using; enter a valid IANA timezone such as America/New_York to keep display pinned to one zone.

This setting changes presentation only. It does not move appointments, alter booking-page availability, or change when an automation runs. Calendar-only event dates also stay on the same day when you travel.

Arrange navigation and quick actions

Show, hide, and reorder navigation groups, then select the quick actions you use most. Hidden navigation does not disable the underlying feature. You can still find an allowed page through command search or restore it here.

The Today dashboard has its own widget editor. Your saved layout remains personal even when an industry starter recommends a useful initial arrangement.

Control guidance suggestions

Keep Show suggestions based on how I work selected when you want Cygnetree to surface occasional ideas based on your personal settings and visible workflow signals. Every suggestion explains why it appeared. Choose Useful, Not for me, or dismiss it; that suggestion stays out of your workspace on later visits.

Turn the setting off to hide all guidance suggestions for your membership. Turning it on again does not reopen suggestions you already answered. This choice never changes a teammate's workspace, an organization's defaults, feature access, or business records.

Restore your defaults safely

Choose Restore my workspace defaults to return your presentation, density, home page, date/time display, navigation, quick actions, and Today layout to defaults.

This does not delete business records, reset guided setup, remove installed starters, change organization branding or terminology, affect another member, change your suggestion setting, or reopen dismissed guidance.
