Let clients book time

Scheduling → New booking page. Pick which days and hours you're open, and share the link. Clients see only genuinely free times — Cygnetree subtracts existing bookings and your own calendar's busy blocks.

To sync your calendar, you don't connect any accounts: paste your calendar's secret iCal address (Google, Apple, and Outlook all have one) in Settings, and subscribe your calendar to the Cygnetree feed so bookings show up on it. Two-way, no passwords.

Catch inquiries with a lead form

A lead form is a public link (put it on your website or Instagram). When someone fills it in, Cygnetree creates the person, opens a project in your first stage, and can trigger an automation — like an instant warm reply.

Ask questions with questionnaires

Questionnaires go to a specific person by email. Their answers attach to their page automatically — no more digging through your inbox for the do-not-play list.
