Connect your Stripe account

In Settings, click Set up payments. Stripe (the payment company behind millions of small businesses) asks who you are and where to send your money. It takes about five minutes.

This part matters: your clients' money goes straight to YOUR bank account. Cygnetree never holds it and takes no cut.

Send an invoice

Money → New invoice. Add line items, then split the total into a payment plan if you like — a deposit now, the rest closer to the big day.

Your client gets a link where they can pay by card. No account needed, works on their phone.

Let the reminders do the chasing

When an installment is due or overdue, Cygnetree sends a friendly nudge — at most one every three days, so it's persistent without being naggy. Receipts go out automatically the moment a payment lands.
