Known limitations
Honest boundaries for the current early-access build. We update this list as behavior is implemented and proven.
- Early access
- The product is still in private dogfooding preparation. Final branding and reviewed legal terms are placeholders. The pricing model itself is decided (see Pricing) — the exact price is not yet set, and it will be announced before it ever applies to you.
- Source migrations
- HoneyBook does not document a complete project export. Cygnetree can import supported CSVs and guide an archive-first, reconciled manual move for anything a source will not export.
- Tenant integrations
- Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoom, Resend, storage, and similar external tools are tenant-owned connections. Their real consent and provider behavior must be verified with the workspace that owns them.
- Website builder
- The brochure-site builder is a preview. Drafts, safe publishing, structured sections, aggregate analytics, custom domains, forms, scheduling, services, and portable links work; a provider-neutral public media library and broader automated acceptance remain in active development.
- Mobile
- The first release is a responsive PWA. Native iOS and Android applications are later work, and final iPhone acceptance has not yet been completed.
- WordPress
- The preview plugin includes server-rendered shortcodes and a Gutenberg block. Production update delivery and the full compatibility matrix still require validation.
