Acceptable Use

Do not use Cygnetree for

• Illegal activity, fraud, harassment, abuse, exploitation, or deceptive and predatory practices.
• Adult sexual content or services, gambling or prize-based wagering, controlled substances, weapons, explosives, or hazardous materials.
• Money transmission, escrow, lending, debt relief, investment services, or high-risk cryptocurrency activity.
• Credential theft, malware, unauthorized surveillance, security intrusion, spam, or rights infringement.
• Government impersonation or services primarily directed to children.

Categories requiring approval first

These categories are unavailable unless Cygnetree explicitly adds the required product, security, provider, compliance, and contractual controls:

• Healthcare or other regulated sensitive data
• Legal or regulated financial services
• Schools, minors, or childcare
• Government, political, fundraising, or crowdfunding work
• Travel reservation services or regulated goods

Payment providers

You must also follow the rules of any payment provider you connect. Provider approval does not override this policy, and using another processor does not make a prohibited Cygnetree use acceptable.
