There's a single subscription, not a ladder of plans to climb. Whatever you're on is the whole product — pipelines, automations, contracts, invoicing, the client portal, all of it.
Cygnetree takes 0% of what your clients pay you — permanently.
Payments run as direct charges on your own connected Stripe account. Money moves from your client straight to your bank account; Cygnetree never holds it and never takes a percentage. That isn't an introductory rate or a promotion — it's a permanent commitment.
No feature is locked behind a plan.
Roles, permission profiles, and starter bundles decide who can do what inside your workspace. They're access controls, not pricing tiers — every workspace gets the same product.
The only extra charges are for costs we genuinely incur on your behalf.
Everything else is covered by the flat subscription. Where an extra charge can apply, it's stated plainly up front — never discovered afterward on a bill.

- AI-assisted drafting and suggestions run on tokens, and tokens cost us money per use.
- Unusually heavy compute
- Rare, resource-intensive processing well outside normal day-to-day use.
- Extra file storage
- Your subscription includes room for the documents, contracts, and photos a working year produces. Storing far more than that costs us more, so extra space is an optional add-on — or you can connect storage you already own and skip the limit entirely, at no charge from us.
Referral codes carry real discounts.
A referral code can unlock a deep discount or a free introductory period. Right now, during early access, every invited account is free regardless.
Price increases never touch existing customers.
If the price rises, it's to track infrastructure and inflation, not to grow margin — and it only applies to customers who join after the increase. What you're paying stays what you're paying.
